The foundation was established by Michał Janocha (President) and Wojciech Kaszuba (Vice-president, Chief Programme Advisor) in 2024. Its main scope of activities are projects related to contemporary music: concerts, festivals, workshops.
The Foundation's goals are:
1. To work for culture, in particular contemporary music in Poland and worldwide.
2. To popularize the work of contemporary Polish composers and artists, in particular those associated with the Poznań environment.
3. To work for the development of musical awareness and the level of culture in society.
4. To support activities and events related to contemporary music.
5. To support non-musical artistic activities and those bordering on arts, including: theatre, dance, film, visual arts, new media, multimedia arts, intermedia arts, sound arts.
6. To support artists and their development, in particular artists associated with contemporary music.
7. To support and popularize scientific, educational and science dissemination activities, contributing to the popularization of music, in particular new music in various age groups.
8. To support and popularize activities combining the fields of art and science as well as art and technology.
